Environmental Quality Act ~CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning C7ommission made the following Endings= 1 . The proposed location of the conditional use is in accordance with the objectives of the zoning ordinance acid the purpose of the district in which tl-xc site is located- "fhe objectives stated in the zoning ordinance include fostering harxrxonious, convenient, workable relationship among laud uses, protecting land uses from inharmonious intl uences and harmful intrusions, and ensuring that public and private lands are used [or the purposes which are most appropriate and beneficial to the City as a whole- The proposed facility is asmall-scaled personal fiitness facility that provides services to adults and youth. All activities associated. with ih <- use would bc. c:onfined inside the building- In the- past, the City has approved similar uses which have been operating in the coninicrcial-ofitice zoning districts without any land use conflict with other businesses ixi the surrounding area. The proposed personal training facility would he consistent with the above-cited objectives- Therefore, this finding can he made.
