Y L_ANNING COMMISSION C71"fY OF PLEASAN TON' <br />A LAMEDA COL7NTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLLJTION NO_ PC-2005-21 <br />RESOL UT lON APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF HAMID TAEB <br />P'OR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-446 <br />WHEREAS, Haxnid "faeb has applied for design review approval of-the architectural plans, <br />landscape plans, and color palette for the future homes to be constructed on <br />Lots 1-I O of Kolb Ranch (5967 through 6093 Kolb Ranch Drive)- o-„-xd <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-LDRJC/PHS/WO Planned Unit Development <br />Low Density Residential/Coxnxncrcial/Public health and Safety/W ildlands <br />Overlays District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of May 25, 2005, the Planning Commission. <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHE;R EA S, an environmental review of the proposed project was undertaken with the <br />Environmental Initial Study and a Negative Declaration for PLJD-99-03 adopted <br />by the City Council May 2, 2000 in conformance with the standards ol'the <br />C alifornia Environmental Quality Act <CEQA~; and <br />WHEREAS, there arc no substantial changes to the prof eci or to the circumstances under which <br />the project is undertaken that involve new significant environmental effects or <br />substantially increase the severity of previously identified effects, and there is no <br />new inforxriation of substantial importarxcc not known at the time of the Negative <br />Declaration was adopted regarding the project or its effects, mitigation measures, <br />car alternatives, and any pre~~iously id entitled efFecis or impacts arc mitigated tc~ a <br />level of insigniPcance, with the mitigation xrxcasures incorporated into the <br />prgject's design or imposed pursuant to the conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is consistent with <br />the appearance of the existing buildings in the area. <br />
