CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1802 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE SECTION 17.36.050.A TO PROVIDE FOR PLANNING <br />COMMISSION REVIEW OF THE ANNUAL GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION TO <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 17.36.050.A. of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"Administration of the Growth Management Program: <br /> <br />A. Review of Annual Growth Management Report: <br /> <br />An annual growth management report shall be prepared which shall <br />include: <br /> <br />Historical building permit activity; <br />Projections of likely building activity within the City by <br />category of project; <br />Estimates of new projects which may seek approval in the <br />following year or years; <br />Analysis of the capability of infrastructure and services to <br />meet the demands of new residential development, including <br />any changes to established conditions and/or measures <br />designed to mitigate the adverse effects of new residential <br />development; and <br />Progress toward meeting City General Plan goals and <br />policies. <br /> <br />An annual growth management report shall be presented to the <br />Planning Commission for its review. The Planning Commission <br />shall make recommendations to the City Council regarding the <br />annual growth management report, including, but not limited to, <br />annual allocation issues. <br /> <br /> <br />
