Ordinance No. 1802 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />The City Council shall receive and review an annual growth <br />management report, and the recommendations of the planning <br />Commission. The City Council's review of an annual growth <br />management report should coincide with the Council's review of <br />requests for modifications of major project allocations and should <br />occur at the Council's second meeting in September.
