<br />REVISED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLARRING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning commission meeting of February 27, 1991 was called <br />to order at 7:10 p.m. by Vice Chairman Hovingh. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Ron Horan, Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, <br />Sharrell Michelotti, Bob Wright, <br />Alternate, and Chairman Marcelline <br />Mahern <br /> <br />commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Services; Wes Jost, <br />Engineering Associate; and Terry <br />Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the February 13, 1991 were unanimously approved as <br />amended: <br /> <br />Page 12 - Moller Ranch - Under "Public Hearing Was Closed" - 3rd <br />paragraph: Chairman Mahern clarified that she suggested some <br />areas of open space might be looked at to see if a conservation <br />easement might be put in. <br /> <br />Page 12 - Moller Ranch - Under "Public Hearing was Closed" - 4th <br />paragraph: Commissioner Michelotti clarified that she felt the <br />4,500 sq. ft. cap may not be appropriate and would rather address <br />design in relation to setbacks and distances between houses.
