PC-93-2l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />APPLICATION <br />FILED UNDER <br /> <br />APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATXON FOR THE <br />OF ROBERT MECKAUER FOR DESIGN REVXEW APPROVAL AS <br />CASE Z-93-l5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Meckauer has applied for design review approval to <br />convert an existing single-family residence into a two- <br />unit multiple-family dwelling and to construct an <br />additional two-story, three bedroom dwelling on the rear <br />portion of the property located at 261 Spring street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May <br />received a proposed <br />Z-93-15; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial study dated February 2, 1993, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />12, 1993, the planning commission <br />negative declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission further finds that the proposed <br />project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's <br />wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the <br />application of Robert Meckauer for design review approval <br />to convert an existing single-family residence into a <br />two-unit multiple-family dwelling and to construct an <br />additional two-story, three bedroom dwelling on the rear <br />portion of the property located at 261 Spring Street. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that the proposed project <br />will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />- <br />
