PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FOIUUA RESOLUTION NO. PC-93-21 RESOLUTJ:ON APPLICATION FILED UNDER APPROVING THE NEGATJ:VE DECLARATJ:ON FOR THE OF ROBERT MECKAUER FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL AS CASE Z-93-l5 WHEREAS, Robert Meckauer has applied for design review approval to convert an existing single-family residence into a two- unit multiple-family dwelling and to construct an additional two-story, three bedroom dwelling on the rear portion of the property located at 261 Spring street; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May received a proposed Z-93-15; and 12, 1993, the Planning Commission negative declaration for Case WHEREAS, the Planning commission has received and reviewed the Initial study dated February 2, 1993, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds proposed project would not have effects on the environment; and that approval of the any significant adverse WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for the application of Robert Meckauer for design review approval to convert an existing single-family residence into a two-unit mUltiple-family dwelling and to construct an additional two-story, three bedroom dwelling on the rear portion of the property located at 261 Spring street. section 2. The Planning commission finds that the proposed project will have a de Minimis impact on the site's wildlife.
