17 <br /> THE CITY Of <br /> iii Me, CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> July 18, 2023 <br /> City Manager <br /> TITLE: RECEIVE 2023 COMMUNITY SURVEY RESULTS PRESENTATION <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The City contracted with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates (FM3 Research) <br /> to prepare and conduct a survey of Pleasanton resident satisfaction with City services <br /> and quality of life. The statistically valid survey was conducted from May 24 — June 7, <br /> 2023, by both telephone and online. The survey provides baseline data in multiple <br /> areas, which includes quality of life, safety, customer services, and attitudes toward <br /> funding measure concepts; the results demonstrated that city residents remain very <br /> satisfied with the quality of life in Pleasanton, again producing some of the highest <br /> ratings in the surrounding area. FM3 Research will present a comprehensive survey <br /> analysis at the meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Receive the 2023 community survey report presentation by FM3 Research. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no financial impact associated with this agenda report. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
