Staff <br /> recommends the City enter into a new agreement with Preservation Arts to provide <br /> public art conservation and maintenance for a minimum of three years, with an option to <br /> extend for up to two additional years for a maximum term of five years. The cost for <br /> three years will not exceed $186,000 and the cost for five years will not exceed <br /> $310,000. <br /> CIVIC ARTS COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br /> Recommend approval of an agreement with Preservation Arts for public art <br /> conservation and maintenance for a minimum of three years for an amount not to <br /> exceed $186,000 and a maximum of five years for an amount not to exceed $310,000. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve an agreement with Preservation Arts for public art conservation and <br /> maintenance for a five-year for an amount not to exceed $310,000. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funding for public art conservation is included in the Civic Arts operational budget, <br /> 00150400-430107. Total compensation will not exceed $62,000 per year, for a not to <br /> exceed amount of $186,000 for a three-year period. The agreement can be extended by <br /> the City Manager for up to two additional terms of one year each, for a total amount not <br /> to exceed $310,000 over a five-year term. <br />
