SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIAL <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON Provided to the City Council <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES After Distribution of Packet <br /> March 7, 2023 - REVISED <br /> Date . <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Brown called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. from the <br /> Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> Councilmember Testa led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS — None. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Councilmember Testa noted a correction on page four, of the January 26, 2023, special meeting <br /> minutes to reflect Councilmember Testa as being present and voting no. <br /> Mayor Brown noted a correction to the February 24, 2023 special meeting minutes to reflect Mayor <br /> instead of Vice Mayor. <br /> City Attorney <br /> 1. Adopt resolution authorizing City Manager and other staff to submit FEMA / CAL OES <br /> applications for reimbursement of emergency work and to repair damage related to severe storms <br /> and future disasters; and review and approve by minute order the continuation of Resolution No. <br /> 23-1351 ratifying the City Manager/Director of Emergency Services' proclamation of the existence <br /> of a local emergency due to severe storm <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1369 and approve the <br /> continuation of Resolution No. 23-1351. <br /> City Manager <br /> 2. Approve special meeting minutes, January 26, the regular meeting minutes of February 7, 2023, <br /> and special meeting minutes February 24, 2023 <br /> Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> Community Development <br /> 3.
