The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Committee Members Present: Members Bruce Henry, Matt Maciel, Kim Neff, Jeff <br />Nibert, Steve Nigro, Sharon Piekarski, and <br />Chairperson Joanie Fields. <br /> <br />Committee Members Absent: Tejas Prakash and Sierra Stewart <br /> <br />Staff Present: Mike Tassano, Traffic Engineer, Matt Nelson, <br />Associate Traffic Engineer, and Sarah Hosterman, <br />Assistant Landscape Architect <br /> <br />Agency Representatives: Police Department Representative – Officer Wilson <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Agenda Item #5 is being continued to future meeting. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />1. Approval of the August 22, 2022 meeting minutes <br /> <br /> <br />MOTION <br />Member Nibert moved and Member Piekarski seconded a motion to approve the <br />minutes of August 22, 2022. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />2. Introductions/Awards/Recognitions <br /> <br />Associate Traffic Engineer Nelson introduced Officer Wilson. <br />
