<br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
<br /> Terry Townsend, on behalf of the property owner, is proposing a four-lot single-family
<br /> residential subdivision on an existing approximately 1 .44-acre site located at 375 Sycamore
<br /> Road in the City's North Sycamore Specific Plan (NSSP) area. As proposed, the project would
<br /> retain the existing single-family residence, and construct three new single-family homes in the
<br /> back (southern portion) of the site. The existing residence would continue its access from
<br /> Sycamore Road while the proposed new homes would take access from Diamond Court. The
<br /> proposed project also includes street improvements on Diamond Court.
