E': <br />THE CITY OF <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />PLEASANTON. <br />October 19, 2021 <br />Library and Recreation <br />TITLE: APPROVE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH <br />PRESERVATION ARTS IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $55,000 FOR <br />PUBLIC ART MAINTENANCE <br />SUMMARY <br />Preservation Arts (formerly SF Art Conservation) was selected by the City of Pleasanton <br />to provide fine arts maintenance and repair to the City's extensive collection of public art <br />in 2018. Since that time, Preservation Arts has been an excellent partner in the <br />conservation of public art. The Second Amendment to the Goods and Service <br />Agreement will expire on December 1, 2021. The proposed third amendment extends <br />contractual services with Preservation Arts through June 30, 2022, in order to extend <br />routine maintenance throughout the rest of the current fiscal year (Attachment 1). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the third amendment to the agreement with Preservation Arts in the amount <br />not to exceed $55,000 for public art maintenance. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The not to exceed amount of the proposed contract for fiscal year 2021/22 is $55,000. <br />Public art maintenance is budgeted in the Civic Arts Administration expenditure account <br />00150400-430107. <br />
