FOR <br /> AS-NEEDED ON-SITE RECYCLED WATER SERVICES IN THE ANNUAL <br /> AMOUNT OF $120,000 FOR FY 2020/21 AND FY 2022/23 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The City is in need of a contractor to provide as-needed recycled water-related <br /> regulatory compliance services such as annual site inspections, cross connection <br /> control testing, rehabilitation plan check review, and GIS map generation, to fulfill and <br /> maintain State recycled water regulations. Staff solicited proposals for these services by <br /> directly contacting contractors known or suspected of providing such services with the <br /> necessary qualifications and experience in recycled water compliance. Four proposals <br /> were received by staff. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Authorize the City Manager to enter into a two-year Professional Services Agreement <br /> with West Yost & Associates, Inc., for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 for <br /> Fiscal Years 2021/22 and 2022/23, with the option to extend the agreement for three (3) <br /> additional one-year terms with a not-to-exceed annual of $120,000. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funding for services is appropriated in the Recycled Water operating budget. <br />
