THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON. <br />WILT, F1_►`&14�[41 =Mffe1J1_I_Ji_I *KOIZ <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />August 7, 2019 <br />Item 5 <br />TITLE: APPROVE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSIONER ASSIGNMENTS TO <br />VARIOUS COMMITTEES <br />SUMMARY <br />The Human Services Commission Agenda has a Commission Reports section that <br />provides various commissioners the opportunity to report on information received from <br />recent Tri -Valley human service -related topics. This agenda section currently lists six <br />Alameda County based meetings. During the June meeting, the commission requested <br />that a representative be appointed to an additional seventh committee meeting as well. <br />Commissioners are assigned to attend these meetings and then report on recent activity <br />during this agenda item. <br />A few membiers of the commission have termed -out, leaving some monthly reports <br />vacant. This �item provides an opportunity for current commissioners to reallocate <br />commission report responsibilities. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Human Services Commissioner Assignments to various committees. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no financial impact for this requested action. <br />
