CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> March 19, 2019 <br /> Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Brown led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Brown, Narum (arrived at 7:21), Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Fialho noted a minor correction to the meeting minutes of February 19, 2019. <br /> Councilmember Brown pulled Item No. 5 from the calendar for separate discussion and consideration. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Thorne opened public the public hearing, there being no one wishing to speak he closed the <br /> hearing. <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Approved meeting minutes of February 19, 2019 as noted <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 19-1067 to approve the Altamont Settlement <br /> Agreement Education Advisory Board Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br /> 4. Public Hearing: Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 19-1068 approving an <br /> amendment to the General Plan, as filed under Case P19-0021 and an amendment to the <br /> Downtown Specific Plan as filed under Case P19-0022 for the property located at 4363 and 4377 <br /> First Street, and introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 2189 approving rezoning <br /> of 4363 and 4377 from Central Commercial, Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District <br /> to Public and Institutional, Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay District as filed under Case <br /> P19-0023 <br /> 5. Moved to the regular agenda as Item No. 20-Approve second amendment to an agreement with <br /> Dyett and Bhatia for $81,840 for services related to preparation of the Downtown Specific Plan <br /> Update <br /> Engineering <br /> 6. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with Carollo Engineers not to <br /> exceed $349,760 for professional assistance with the City's Bi-Annual Water Quality Improvements <br /> Project CIP No. 17100 and allocated $350,000 from Fund 422 Water Expansion Capital <br /> Improvement Program to CIP No. 17100 <br />
