APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> None <br /> 3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br /> There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. <br /> 4. The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshall relating to large family day <br /> care homes and obtain a final inspection by the Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> 9. If additional hours or activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement of operation on <br /> file in the Planning Division are desired, City review and approval is required.
