CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL The Planning Commission Meeting of February 27, 2019 was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Chair Allen. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Ritter. Staff Members Present: Gerry Beaudin, Director of Community Development; Ellen Clark, Planning Manager; Brian Dolan, Assistant City Manager; Matt Gruber, Landscape Architect; Jennifer Hagen, Associate Planner; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; Stefanie Ananthan, Recording Secretary Commissioners Present: Commissioners Jack Balch, Justin Brown, Herb Ritter, Greg O'Connor, and Chair Nancy Allen Commissioners Absent: None 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES None 3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. 4. The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshall relating to large family day care homes and obtain a final inspection by the Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department. 9. If additional hours or activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement of operation on file in the Planning Division are desired, City review and approval is required.
