PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> a. Final Trails Master Plan <br /> Review and recommend approval of the final draft of the Trails Master Plan. <br /> Landscape Architect Matt Gruber presented the specifics of the item in the Agenda Report. <br /> Commissioner Balch asked and confirmed that the Bernal Valley Interchange had been built <br /> prior to the plan's public comment period. <br /> Consultant Randy Anderson with TrailPeople provided an overview of the content in the Trails <br /> Master Plan and Mr. Gruber described outreach conducted and comments received. <br /> Commissioner Ritter thanked Mr. Gruber for leading the plan through the process and cited his <br /> participation as Vice Chair on the Bike, Pedestrian and Trails Committee, and former service <br /> on the Trails Ad-Hoc Committee. He asked Mr. Gruber to reiterate the top three priorities <br /> based on the plan. <br /> Mr. Gruber presented a chart, stating the top priorities were: (1) the Arroyo Del Val Trail and <br /> making connections to Shadow Cliff and further east to Livermore; (2) the Iron Horse Trail <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 2 of 18 February 27, 2019 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> residential property pursuant to Chapter 9.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> 7. The applicant shall obtain all appropriate State licenses for a Large Family Day Care Home and <br /> shall maintain those licenses during the entire time the residence is utilized as a large family day <br /> care home. <br /> 8. The applicant shall meet all the requirements of the State Fire Marshall relating to large family day <br /> care homes and obtain a final inspection by the Livermore Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> 9. If additional hours or activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement of operation on <br /> file in the Planning Division are desired, City review and approval is required.
