Approved meeting minutes of January 15, 2019 Community Development 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator 3. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2186 approving the application of Hacienda Owners Association for a Major Modification to the approved Planning Development (PUD) Governing Hacienda Business Park (PUD-81-30 and PUD-85-08) to update the PUD Development Plan, PUD 81-30-57M PUD 85-08-30M **Brown abstained 4. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2187 approving the application of Hacienda Owners Association for a Major Modification to the approved Planning Development (PUD) Governing Hacienda Business Park (PUD-81-30 and PUD-85-08) to update the PUD Development Plan, PUD 81-30-58M PUD 85-08-31M **Brown abstained Engineering 5. Approved allocation of an additional $112,500 from the CIP General Fund Reserve to Dolores Bengtson Aquatic Center Facility and Locker Room Renovation Project, CIP No. 17706, and authorize the Director of Engineering to approve and execute change orders not to exceed $212,485 6. Accepted public improvements performed by Aqualine Piping, Inc. and Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. for Parcel Map 10820 located at 5934 Gibraltar Drive and 4696/4698 Willow Road for normal maintenance and authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion Finance 7. Accepted monthly disbursements and investment report for December 2018 Human Resources 8. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute first amendment to professional services agreement with Renne Public Law Group. LLP in the amount of $300.000 for legal services
