FOR SUNRISE SENIOR LIVING LOCATED AT <br /> 5700 PLEASANT HILL ROAD <br /> SUMMARY <br /> PUD-85-09 created an approximately 64,400-square-foot retirement facility and related <br /> off-site and on-site improvements on an approximately 2.5-acre site located at 5700 <br /> Pleasant Hill Road. The property is located as shown on Attachment 1. All public <br /> improvements have been constructed and are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the public improvements constructed by Arbor Building Group, Inc. with <br /> Sunrise Senior Living for normal maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
