All subdivision improvements have been constructed and public <br /> improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept all public improvements constructed with Parcel Map 10248 for normal <br /> maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public utilities that <br /> include a sanitary sewer main and manhole, water lateral, and curb and gutter. Tax and <br /> water/sewer rate revenues generally cover the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
