THECITY OF <br /> _if „”. <br /> inn t I Its CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEAASJtôN© <br /> October 17, 2017 <br /> City Manager <br /> TITLE: REVIEW RESULTS OF 2017 COM ,!UNITY SATISFACTION SURVEY <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The City of Pleasanton contracted with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates <br /> (FM3) to prepare and conduct a survey of Pleasanton resident satisfaction with City <br /> services and quality of life The survey was conducted from June 4- 10, 2017 City <br /> residents remain very satisfied with the quality of life in Pleasanton, producing some of <br /> the highest ratings seen in the state Curt Below, Senior Vice President and Chief <br /> Operating Officer with FM3, will discuss the results of the survey in detail at the City <br /> Council meeting This survey provides baseline data for the performance of City staff <br /> both in terms of the ratings of Departments and in the evaluation of the overall <br /> professionalism, courtesy and competence of City employees <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council review and comment on the findings of the <br /> report <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> None <br />
