Approved meeting minutes for January 17, 2017 <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 3. Pulled from the Agenda - Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2155 to amend <br /> the Pleasanton Municipal Code to update definitions and simplify the list of permitted and <br /> conditionally permitted land uses in Commercial, Office, and Industrial Districts; establish a <br /> Minor Conditional Use Permit process; reflect current practices; clarify and streamline <br /> review procedures; replace out-of-date references; and undertake other changes to make <br /> the code more user-friendly <br /> 4. Accepted public improvements performed by Tim Paxin's Pacific Excavation for the Traffic <br /> Signal at Amador Valley High School project, CIP No. 15550; authorized the City Clerk to <br /> file a Notice of Completion for the project; payment of the retention in the amout of <br /> $25,737.57; return of the project balance in the amout of$45,093 to the Traffic Impact Fee <br /> Fund <br /> Engineering <br /> 5. Accepted public improvements for Tract 7952 (Augustine Place) located at 4693 and 4715 <br /> Augustine Street; authorized the City Clerk to File a Notice of Completion <br /> Finance <br /> 6. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for December 2016 <br /> 7. Concurrent City Council/Pleasanton Joint Powers Finance Authority item: Waived full <br /> reading and adopted Resolution No. JPFA 17-20 and Resolution No. 17-910 approving <br /> an installment sale agreement and issuance by the Pleasanton Joint Powers Financing <br /> Authority of an aggregate amount not to exceed $7.4 million of water revenue bonds <br /> series 2017 to fund the City's portion of the DERWA Phase 2 Recycled Water treatment <br /> Plan Expansion Project and authorizing execution of a trust agreement, a 2017 installment <br /> sale agreement, a bond purchase contract and other necessary documentation <br />
