MARY <br /> Since 2005, the City has utilized contract services to operate and maintain the tennis <br /> facilities at the Tennis and Community Park. In anticipation of the agreement's <br /> expiration, staff negotiated an amended agreement with Lifetime Tennis, Inc. Staff is <br /> recommending the awarding of a seven (7) year agreement to Lifetime Tennis, Inc., that <br /> will run through December 2023. <br /> RECOr 'DATION <br /> Approve an Extension of the Operator's Agreement with Lifetime Tennis, Inc to continue <br /> to manage tennis operations at the Tennis and Community Park. <br /> FINANCIAL STATER ENT <br /> During the first year of the Agreement, Lifetime Tennis, Inc. will pay the City $80,000 <br /> with annual increases throughout the term of the Agreement. <br />
