Both properties are owned by the City of Pleasanton. The project
will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1, currently under construction at 240 Kottinger
Drive, will replace the existing 50 senior homes of Kottinger Place with 131 senior homes.
Phase 2 will replace the existing 40 senior homes of Pleasanton Gardens, located at 251
Kottinger Drive, with 54 senior homes.
Phase 1 includes the demolition of all existing buildings and almost all of the utilities at
Kottinger Place.
