The City Clerk and City Attorney have reviewed the City's <br /> Code and determined that amendments are necessary to remove and add various <br /> classifications. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Adopt the attached resolution amending the City's Conflict of Interest Code to amend <br /> the list of designation positons required to file Statements of Economic Interests. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact. <br />
