Seeing no one wishing to address Council, Mayor Thorne <br /> closed public comments. <br /> City Manager <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of June 21 (Olson abstained), and regular and special meeting <br /> minutes of July 19, 2016 <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Public Hearing: PUD-114 and P15-0602, Guy Houston — Introduced and waived first reading of <br /> Ordinance No. 2149 approving the application of Guy Houston, Valley Capital Realty, for <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning and Development Plan for property located at 11300 <br /> Dublin Canyon Road, as filed under Case PUD-114 and adopted and waived full reading of <br /> Resolution No. 16-882 approving a Growth Management agreement with Valley Capital Realty <br /> for the construction of three single-family homes for said project <br /> Engineering <br /> 4. Authorized the Director of Engineering to approve and execute contract change orders for <br /> approximately $1,075,000 to construct the additional recycled water distribution pipeline in <br /> Gibraltar Avenue from West Los Positas to Hacienda Drive to Hacienda Drive and to improve the <br /> valves vault at the Tassajara Recycled Water Reservoir; approved a second amendment to the <br /> contract with RMC Water and Environment in the amount of $74,667 for design work associated <br /> with construction of the water pressure booster station at Ken Mercer Sports Park; and authorized <br /> the Director of Engineering to approve and execute a change order for $325,000 to purchase and <br /> install a booster station for the recycled water system <br />
