Approved City of Pleasanton Legislative Platform 2016 <br /> Councilmember Brown commented on this item noting that the goals and strategies listed were <br /> excellent. <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Removed from the agenda -Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2147 for PUD-116, Frank Berlogar for <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan at 88 Silver Oaks Court <br /> Engineering <br /> 4. Public Hearing: Wavied full reading and adopted Resolution No. 16-866 confirming the <br /> Engineer's Report and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for Lighting and Landscape Districts <br /> 1984-1 (Ponderosa-Del Prado); Resolution No. 16-867 confirming the Engineer's Report and <br /> Levying the 2016-17 assesment for for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1993-1 (Windsor); <br /> Resolution No. 16-868 confirming the Engineer's Report and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for <br /> for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch); Resolution No. 16-869 confirming <br /> the Engineer's Report and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for for Lighting and Landscape <br /> Districts 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); and Resolution No. 16-870 confirming the Engineer's Report <br /> and Levying the 2016-17 assesment for for Lighting and Landscape Districts 1995-1 (Moller <br /> Ranch), and appropriated $11,560 from the applicalbe City Funds to the respective Districts <br /> 5. Approved contract amendments to professional services contracts with on-call surveying/drafting <br /> firms Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar, Kier & Wright Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, Inc., and <br /> Alexander &Associates, Inc. to extend the term to June 30, 2018; and an amendment with on-call <br /> geotechnical firms ENGEO Inc. Geocon Consultants, Inc, and BSK Associates extending the <br /> contract term to June 30, 2018 and increasing the aggregate total compensation not-to-exceed <br /> $500,000 <br />
