No reportable <br /> action was taken and there was nothing further to report. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> City Manager Nelson Fialho stated that the applicant in the matter of Item 13 (PUD 109) had requested <br /> a continuance of the report. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> City Attorney <br /> 1. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2136 amending Municipal Code Sections <br /> 9.24.040 and 13.08.190 regarding Smoking Restrictions for Events in the Downtown <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Urgency Ordinance No. 2137 to amend Municipal Code <br /> . Chapter 6.18 to prohibit commercial cultivation and commercial delivery of medical marijuana in <br /> response to new State laws <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Approved regular meeting minutes December 15, 2015 <br /> 4. Introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 2138 to amend Section 2.04.020 of the <br /> Municipal Code pertaining to council member salaries <br /> Community Development <br /> 5. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2135 approving the application of Fireside <br /> Investors, LLC for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning and Development Plan Approval, <br /> as filed under Case PUD-107 <br /> Engineering <br /> • <br /> 6. Accepted public improvements for Parcel Map 10144 at 362 Sycamore Road and authorized the <br /> City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion <br />
