Public Hearing: PUD-68-06M, Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton (CLC) — Introduced and waived first <br /> reading of Ordinance No. 2127 approving a Major Modification to a Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) to reduce the unit count, modify the density, construct subterranean parking, amenities, <br /> and related site improvements in the northern 10 acres of the Continuing Life Communities <br /> retirement community located at 3300 Stoneridge Creek Way, as filed under Case PUD-68-06M <br /> 6.
