No reportable <br /> action was taken. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS— None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of May 19 and July 21, 2015 <br /> City Attorney <br /> 2. Introduced and waived first reading of Ordinance No. 2126 establishing an Expedited Permitting <br /> Process for Small Residential Rooftop Solar Systems by adding Chapter 20.70 to the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-779 ratifying Pay Schedules for Confidential <br /> and Management Employees and amendments of Management Compensation Plan <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Public Hearing: PUD-68-06M, Stoneridge Creek Pleasanton (CLC) — Introduced and waived first <br /> reading of Ordinance No. 2127 approving a Major Modification to a Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) to reduce the unit count, modify the density, construct subterranean parking, amenities, <br /> and related site improvements in the northern 10 acres of the Continuing Life Communities <br /> retirement community located at 3300 Stoneridge Creek Way, as filed under Case PUD-68-06M <br /> 6. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 15-780 approving a pre-annexation agreement, <br /> and request for sewer, and water connections to the existing residence at 753 Sycamore Road <br /> (Robin Boggs and Carmen Jung) <br /> 7. Accepted public improvements performed by Ryder Homes for Tract 7981 (The Vines) at 3835 <br /> Vineyard Avenue and authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion <br />
