FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT CITY <br /> FACILITIES AND PARK RESTROOMS <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The FY2015/16 and FY2016/17 Operating Budget for the Building Maintenance Program <br /> provides for contract custodial services at various City facilities and park restrooms. A Request <br /> for Qualifications (RFQ) was circulated this past November and a mandatory bidder's <br /> conference was held on November 20, 2014. A total of three companies responded to the RFQ <br /> by the due date of December 4th, and after reviewing all proposals and interviewing the eligible <br /> vendors, staff has identified Imperial Maintenance Services, Inc. as the most qualified <br /> responder. A complete list of City locations and required services to be provided by Imperial <br /> Maintenance Services, Inc. is detailed in the Agreement's General Conditions and Standards. <br /> The recommended Agreement will commence on July 1, 2015 and expire on June 30, 2017 <br /> with an option for two additional one year extensions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve the attached Agreement for Goods/Services with Imperial Maintenance Services, Inc. <br /> in the amount of not to exceed $480,719 per fiscal year. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The FY2015/16 and FY2016/17 budget for the Building Maintenance Division (031168) <br /> includes $480,719 for these services. <br />
