MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />August 20, 2013 <br />Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Pentin led <br />the Pledge of Allegiance and provided introductory remarks. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present: Councilmembers Brown, Cook - Kallio, Narum, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br />Absent: None <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />Concerning Item 7; Ordinance No. 2076, City Manager Fialho noted a minor change in Section 3.3 of <br />the development agreement. The new language is intended to ensure that traffic impact fees generated <br />by the project may be used for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to El Charro Road. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Administrative Services <br />Approved regular and special meeting minutes of July 16, 2013 <br />City Attorney <br />2. Ratified the City Manager's action of July 31, 2013 to execute the Sixth Amendment granting an <br />additional two month extension of agreement providing for rent stabilization of mobilehome <br />space rents for the Hacienda Mobilehome Park <br />City Manager <br />3. Accepted report of Commissioner Absences for the period of January 1 through June 30, 2013 <br />Community Development <br />4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />5. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2074 approving St. Anton Partners <br />application for a Development Agreement to vest the entitlements of the project PUD- 81- 30 -87D, <br />Anton Hacienda Apartments, consisting of 168 apartment units and related site improvements <br />located at 5729 West Las Positas Boulevard <br />6. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2075 approving the application of Ring <br />Financial, Inc. for planned unit development (PUD) development plan approval, as filed under <br />Case PUD -87 <br />7. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2076 approving a development agreement <br />between the City of Pleasanton and Ring Financial, Inc. (with the additional language in Section <br />3.3 of the Development Agreement as noted) <br />8. Confirmed the appoinment of Robert Gonella to the East Pleasanton Specific Plan Task Force as <br />a representative for the Danbury Park neighborhood <br />
