THE CITY OF /1 <br /> "' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pL EASANTON. <br /> September 3, 2013 <br /> City Manager <br /> TITLE: AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FAIRBANK, MASLIN, MAULIN, METZ & <br /> ASSOCIATES (FM3) TO PREPARE AND CONDUCT SURVEY OF CITIZEN <br /> SATISFACTION WITH CITY SERVICES AND QUALITY OF LIFE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The City of Pleasanton (City) has selected Fairbank, Maslin, Maulin, Metz & Associates <br /> (FM3) to prepare and conduct a survey of Pleasanton resident satisaction with city <br /> services and quality of life. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the attached <br /> Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Fairbank, Maslin, Maulin, Metz & <br /> Associates not to exceed $39,800 to prepare, conduct and report Dn a survey of <br /> Pleasanton citizen satisfaction. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The total proposed contract amount shall not exceed $39,800. The budget for this <br /> contract will be funded by a transfer of $39,800 from the General Fu id Contingency <br /> account (001-011-247-4348) to the General Government Account (001-C11-247-4383). <br />
