The City Council is being asked to provide input into the vision prior to the <br /> next step in Specific Plan preparation: drafting a range of options for development and <br /> conservation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Hear public input and provide feedback on the Working Draft Vision as proposed by the <br /> East Pleasanton Task Force. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The cost of Specific Plan preparation is being paid by the landowners in the East <br /> Pleasanton Specific Plan Area. The preparation of a Vision Statement is part of the <br /> planning scope previously approved by the City Council. <br />
