STRUTHERS, Jr. <br />Attorney at Law <br />1659 West First Street <br />Livermore, California <br />Telephone 1856 <br /> <br />Attorney for the City <br />of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> CITY OF PI~EASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2541 <br /> <br />APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT NO. 1752 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 5, 1956, the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton did hold its hearing and make its reco~endatio <br />concerning the tentative su~division map for Tract 1752, Pleasan- <br />ton, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this April 9, 1955, the City Council did consider <br />the recommendations of the Planning Commission and the reports <br />of its Officers concerning said tentative map, <br /> <br /> NG~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~.~ASANTON <br />DOES HE~E2Y RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the tentative map for Tract No. 1752, also known as <br />Bonds Tract No. 3, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk <br />of the City cf Pleasanton, and which is incorporated herein by <br />this reference, is hereby approved, subject to the following <br />listed conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) Ail of Tract 1752 shall be in the City Limits of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> (2) Lam~uated guard rails are to be constructed at the <br /> stub ends of all streets. <br /> (3) Slope easements designed in accordance with standard <br /> engineering practice and approved by the Engineer for <br /> the Improvement Plans of the Final Map are to be pro- <br /> vided at the stub ends of all streets and next to <br /> streets adjacent to parcels not a part of this tract. <br /> (4) Use: Single f~mtly residential. Minimum lot area to <br /> be 6,000 square feet. <br /> (5) Front, rear and side yard requirements, including a 20 <br /> foot front yard setback, shall comply with requirement <br /> of zoning ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
