(6) Standard vertical curb and gutter with 5 foot integral <br /> sidewalks shall be constructed on all streets. <br />(7) A l0 foot storm drain easement with drainage ditch <br /> shall be constructed on the northerly line of Lots <br /> No. i through 3 of Block 4. <br />(8) Prior to the final preparation of the subgrade and <br /> placement of base material, all underground utility <br /> mains shall be installed and service connections <br /> stubbed out beyond curb line. Service from public <br /> utilities and from sanitary sewers shall be made <br /> available for each lot in smch m-muer as will obviate <br /> the necessity for disturbing the street pavement, curb <br /> and gutter and sidewalks when service connections are <br /> made. <br />(9) Drainage shall be as shown on the map labelled E~hibit <br /> A. Location, extent and design of storm drainage <br /> facilities in conformity therewith to be subject to <br /> the approval of the Engineer. <br />(10) All improvements to be designed in accordance with <br /> City of Pleasanton Standard Specifications for Resi- <br /> dential Development. All materials shall be ms speci- <br /> fied in said specifications, and shall be subject to <br /> the approval cf the City Engineer. <br />(ll) Gas and electrical services to be designed and in- <br /> stalled by the Pacific Gas &Electric Company. <br />(12) Telephone service to be designed and installed by <br /> the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company. <br /> <br /> 2.
