The project is complete and is ready for formal acceptance by the City. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept for normal maintenance the public improvements for Tract 7534, Roselyn <br /> Lane. <br /> 2. Authorize City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be nominal costs associated with routine maintenance when public <br /> improvements are accepted. <br />
