BACKGROUND <br /> Tract 7534, Roselyn Lane consists of eleven single-family homes on approximately 4.19 <br /> acres developed by Lynden Homes. Tract 7534 is located along Rose Avenue, west of <br /> Calico Lane, and north of the Alameda County Fairgrounds. The project is complete <br /> and is ready for formal acceptance by the City. <br /> This development extends Rose Avenue approximately 260 feet westerly and includes <br /> two new public streets: Cindy Way and Lynn Drive. <br /> Improvements <br /> All public improvements required of this project have been completed. The City of <br /> Pleasanton will maintain: the streets, including the streetlights (Rose Avenue, Cindy <br /> Way, and Lynn Drive) within this development; the storm drain, sanitary sewer, and <br /> water systems within these streets serving this project; and the landscape strip along <br /> the south side of Rose Avenue. <br /> An eight-foot wide public trail constructed along the Arroyo del Valle is to be maintained <br /> by the homeowner's association (HOA).
