RESOLUTION NO. ~& <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> 0F AGBEEMENT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, that MacKAY & SOMPS, registered civil en- <br />gineers, be, and they are hereby, appointed as Engineer of Work for the <br />doing of all necessary engineering work and exercising all of the func- <br />tions provided for the office of Engineer of Work under the provisions of <br />the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 in connection with the acquisition <br />of improvements in Assessment District No. 64-1, City of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of the said~scKAY & <br />SOMPS shall be as provided in the attached agreement; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be authorized to attest, <br />that certain agreement employing the said MacKAY & SOMPS as Engineer of <br />Work for said Assessment District No. 6~-1, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, County <br />of Alameda, State of Califomnia, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 2~th day of February, 1964, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />Councilmen <br />Councilmen <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />HJELEN WOODWARD, City Clerl .
