RESOLU~ION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING SPECIAL BOND COUNSEL AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE?~NT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of ?leasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, that STURGIS, DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS <br />& ANDERSON, Attorneys at Law, Oakland, California, be, and they are here- <br />by, appointed as Special Bond Counsel to conduct special assessment dis- <br />trict proceedings in proposed Assessment District No. 64-1, City of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of the said STURGIS, <br /> DOUGLASS & ANDERSON shall be as provided in the attached agree- <br /> <br />DEN-DULK, <br />ment; and <br /> <br />the 24th day of February, 1964, <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen ~. <br />NOES: Councilmen ~-~ <br />ABSENT: Councilmen ~ <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Pleasanton <br />be authorized ~ sign, and the City Clerk thereof be authorized to attest, <br />that certain agreement employing the said STURGIS, DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & <br />ANDERSON as Special Bond Counsel for said Assessment District No. 64-1. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> <br /> by the following vote, <br /> <br />to wit: <br /> <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California. <br /> <br />C~f <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
