September 7, 2010 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Please find attached an Application for Development Review of Application No. PADR -2090. This <br />Application is being filed by David and Stephanie Persin but also represents the appeal of two other <br />couples, Hans and Roxy Hoehne and Joe and TinaMarie Perry. <br />We will be providing updated documentation and rationale for appeal as soon as we are able to read <br />and review the minutes of our previous appeal hearing (held August 25 2010). We have been told <br />these minutes will be available to us after September 10 Due to the detailed and complex nature of <br />the issues raised in the original application and upon appeal, we believe it is critical we are able to <br />review these minutes prior to submitting documentation for the City Council to review. <br />We will be out of town for business purposes during the periods of September 7th through 14 and <br />September 20 through 22 " We are requesting you please not schedule our City Council hearing date <br />during these times.
