Item 10, also dated January 18, 2011, introduces a <br /> resolution amending the Management and Confidential Compensation and Benefits <br /> Plan to require department heads, middle managers, and confidential employees to <br /> contribute 4% of their compensation to offset projected CaIPERS increases, effective <br /> July 1,2011. <br /> • Recommendation: <br /> That the City Council review and discuss this matter, take action and /or provide <br /> direction to the City Manager. <br />
