RESOLUTION NO. 10 -342 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PAP -133, THEREBY OVERTURNING THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION'S DENIAL AND APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> THE PLEASANTON MOBILEHOME PARK LP/VINEYARD MOBILE VILLA FOR A <br /> VESTING TENTATIVE MAP, AS FILED UNDER CASE PMCC -2 <br /> WHEREAS, Pleasanton Mobilehome Park LPNineyard Mobile Villa has applied for a <br /> Vesting Tentative Map regarding conversion of the Vineyard Villa Mobilehome Park from one <br /> which rents spaces to mobilehome owners to a single family manufactured home <br /> condominium project where residents can own the lots on which their mobilehomes sit; and <br /> WHEREAS, zoning for the property (3263 Vineyard Avenue) is C -F (Freeway <br /> Interchange Commercial) District; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 25, 2009, the Planning Commission, having <br /> considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of City staff <br /> concerning this application, denied the application; and <br /> WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the Park <br /> Owner's representatives appealed the decision of the Planning Commission to the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 2009, the City Council received a report from <br /> the Director of Community Development, together with a copy of the staff report to the <br /> Planning Commission, regarding this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 18, 2009, at which time <br /> the applicant and other members of the public presented evidence regarding the appeal; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the City Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 09 -316, denying the appeal and denying the application; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on March 2, 2010, the City Council received another report <br /> from the Director of Community Development regarding this matter and further considered <br /> the application; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a further review of the materials presented, the City Council <br /> determined that the application, as conditioned, conforms to the technical requirements of <br /> State law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br /> FOLLOWING: <br /> 1 <br />
