Section 1. The City Council upholds the appeal, Case PAP -133, thereby overturning the <br /> Planning Commission's denial and approving Case PMCC -2, the application of Pleasanton <br /> Mobilehome Park LPNineyard Mobile Villa for a Vesting Tentative Map concerning a 208 -unit <br /> mobilehome park located at 3263 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the conditions shown on <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br /> SECTION 2.
