CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1507 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AMNmWDING SECTION i (PART) OF ORDINANCE 1357, <br /> SECTION I (PART) OF ORDINANCE 1287, AND <br /> SECTION 2 (PART) OF ORDINANCE 1410 AND <br /> SECTIONS 2.28.060, 2.32.090, 2.34.050, <br /> 2.36.040, 18.16.130 AND 18.20.040 OF THE <br /> PnRASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, CONCERNING THE <br /> PERCENTAGE OF ABSENCES FROM REGULAR MEETINGS <br /> A COMMISSIONER MAY HAVE IN A SIX-MONTH <br /> PERIOD. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 2.28.060 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.28. 060 Maintenance of Membership. <br /> <br /> A. Persons appointed to the human <br /> services commission shall continue to serve <br /> as members of the commission except when: <br /> <br /> 1. The member's term of office to the <br /> commission expires; <br /> <br /> 2. The member voluntarily resigns from <br /> the commission; <br /> <br /> 3. The member is absent from one-third <br /> of the regular meetings within a six-month <br /> period as provided in Section 2.32.090 of <br /> this Code; <br /> <br /> 4. The member fails to maintain <br /> residence in the city. <br /> <br /> (Subsection B, no change)." <br /> <br /> <br />
