CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1518 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> ARTHUR DUNKlaY, GREGORY MIX, AND HOWARD HANSEN <br /> FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-91-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arthur Dunkley, Gregory Mix, and Howard Hansen have <br /> applied to rezone two properties to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - CS/O (Commercial Service/Office) District <br /> and for development plan approval to allow a combination <br /> of commercial service and office uses on a developed and <br /> vacant property totaling approximately 2.22 acres located <br /> at 63 and 73 Ray Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on September 17, 1991; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendations for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 17, <br /> 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2.22 acre <br /> site located at 63 and 73 Ray Street to the PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development - CS/O (Commercial Service/Office <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 402, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated September 17, 1991, and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
