Ordinance No. 1518 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan to allow a combination <br /> of commercial service and office uses on a developed and <br /> vacant property totaling approximately 2.22 acres located <br /> at 63 and 73 Ray Street, subject to the conditions on <br /> Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on September 17, 1991. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 1, 1991 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Scribner, Tarver, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> KENNETH R.
