CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-3. <br /> RE: HOLDING TANK PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, Section 2-15.23 of the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton requires a permit for the <br /> operation and maintenance of a private sewage <br /> <br /> disposal system; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> <br /> its <br />meeting of January 3, 1972 grants to Mrs. Howard <br />Klein of 73 Carlos Court, Walnut Creek, California, <br />a permit to install and maintain a holding tank <br />for the purpose of disposing of sewage emanating <br />from a residence to be constructed at 9146 Longview <br />Drive, Pleasanton, said permit to be granted <br />subject to the following terms and conditions, <br />violation of any of which shall be grounds for <br />revocation of said permit: <br /> <br />Any and all conditions and requirements imposed by <br />the Alameda County Health Department and other <br />affected agencies including but not limited to the <br />Regional Quality Control Board. <br /> <br />That said permit is not assignable or otherwise <br />transferable without the express written consent of <br />the City of Pleasanton acting by and through its <br />City Council. <br /> <br />The granting of this permit and reliance thereon <br />by the permittee shall not in any way be construed <br />as guaranteeing capacity when, if at all, such <br />capacity in the Valley Community Services District <br />Sewage Treatment Plant becomes available. <br /> <br /> <br />
