The granting of this permit shall not in any way <br /> <br />be construed as affording any preference or priority <br />to permittee if capacity in the Valley Community <br />Services District Sewage Treatment Plant becomes <br />available. <br /> <br />That permittee provide to the City Manager of the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton written assurance on a quarterly <br />basis, based on written commitments with an approved <br />holding tank pumping company, that the contents of <br />said holding tank are being removed therefrom at <br />regular intervals consistent with Alameda County <br />Health Department regulations and with requirements <br />of the Director of Public Works of the C±ty of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That permittee shall, prior to reliance on the <br />provisions hereof, furnish to the City for its <br />inspection a written arrangement with an approved <br />holding tank installer and pumping company for <br />examination by the staff of the City of Pleasanton. <br />That the permit herein granted is temporary only and <br />permittee shall, if capacity in the sewage treatment <br />plant of V.C.S.D. becomes aYailable within sixty (60) <br />days of the date thereof, connect the herein described <br />property to the sewage treatment facilities of Valley <br />Community Services District. <br /> <br /> That the permit herein does not, consistent with <br /> requirements of the Alameda County Health Department, <br /> allow disposal of any but sewage from the lot herein <br /> and shall not under any circumstances be construed <br /> as allowing a joint or common holding tank. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
