RE: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AL~IEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-17 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF MR. ROBERT B. ETTEN- <br />BOROUGH TO REMOVE ONE HERITAGE TREE FROM <br />4092 WALNUT DRIVE <br /> <br />Section 2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />requires that prior to the removal of any Heritage <br />Tree, a permit must be obtained from the City <br />Council; and <br />the City Council has approved the removal of one <br />Heritage Tree, a 24 inch diameter Elm, located at <br />4092 Walnut Drive; and <br /> <br />Mr. Robert B. Ettenborough made an application to <br />the City for the removal of said tree because of <br />eventual damage to his garage. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />DATED <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Pleasanton <br />hereby grants permission for the removal of the <br />Heritage Tree referred to in the report of the <br />Director of Engineering Services attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />January 27, 1975 <br /> <br /> S.
